I am the CEO and founder of Finance Media Holding, CEO of Scientific Research Institute of Law and Economic Research, and I serve as Editor-in-Chief of Beinsure, Forinsurer, and Insurance TOP magazine.

I have more than 25 years of experience across insurance, media, advertising, and B2B sales. Over that time, I have built digital B2B and B2C platforms, strengthened professional insurance media, and launched projects that expanded the visibility of finance and insurance across the media space.

Today, I lead Finance Media Holding, the company behind digital platforms such as Beinsure and Forinsurer. These platforms cover insurance, reinsurance, investments, InsurTech, cybersecurity, blockchain, and financial markets. Under my leadership, our media brands have become established names in the sector, reaching more than 2.2 mn readers each year.

I built a profitable company and launched leading B2B and B2C digital platforms in the global insurance market, focused on insurtech, insurance, and reinsurance across Europe, the US, and the UK. My work sits at the intersection of data, distribution, and market intelligence, with a long track record of building media products that insurers, reinsurers, and investors actually use.

I believe insurance is more than a financial product — it is a system of resilience that protects businesses, supports economies, and helps societies recover from uncertainty. My work is focused on turning complex market developments into clear, relevant insight that helps leaders and startups make better decisions in a rapidly changing global risk environment.

My professional background covers insurance, reinsurance, InsurTech, digital media, cyber risk, investing, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. I focus on making difficult industry topics clear, relevant, and grounded in data. Reporting events alone is never enough for me. I concentrate on explaining what those events mean for businesses, institutions, and individuals.

I also lead Insurance TOP magazine, a print publication focused on the Ukrainian insurance market. In addition, I have served as CEO of the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Law and Economic Research since February 1, 2004. That work reflects my long-running interest in the connection between economics, law, and institutional development in Ukraine.

Earlier in my career, I served as Director of the Department of Analytics and Research at the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine. That role gave me a strong analytical base in the insurance market and expanded my understanding of how industry associations support market participants and shape professional standards.

My work includes detailed analysis of both insurance and investment markets. In a fast-changing economic setting, I believe clear understanding of these sectors remains necessary for informed decisions. Through my research and editorial work, I aim to give readers meaningful insight into market trends, emerging risks, and new opportunities.

A major part of my work centers on the intersection of insurance and global risk. I write about macroeconomic trends, reinsurance capacity, blockchain technology, cyber threats, catastrophe losses, marine and aviation claims, D&O liability, and the legal and regulatory pressure reshaping the industry.

My approach is not built around headlines alone. I look for patterns, structural change, and the forces shaping the future of risk.

Since the war in Ukraine began, I have closely followed how global insurance and reinsurance markets respond to war-related exposure, capital withdrawal, and the challenge of rebuilding resilience.

One area I have covered in depth is the development of war risk reinsurance solutions for Ukraine’s commercial property sector. In my view, these mechanisms are not merely technical tools. They are necessary instruments for economic continuity and recovery.

I also closely track capital markets, including M&A activity in North America, the rise and correction of InsurTech valuations, venture capital trends in insurance, and the effect of interest rates on underwriting strategy.

Whether I cover global brokers or emerging startups, I focus on who is leading, who is adapting, and where the market is moving next.

In Europe, I report on long-term savings and investment reform, the role of insurers in capital formation, and the regulatory frameworks shaping market behavior.

I regularly follow reports, dashboards, and policy developments to assess how regulation matches industry risk appetite and long-term financial stability.

At the same time, I view insurance as more than institutions, balance sheets, and regulation. It is also about claims and decisions that shape everyday life. I write about coverage choices, liability issues, and how natural disasters affect households as much as portfolios. Insurance remains a human business, even when discussed in technical language.

Insurance remains a high-stakes and volatile industry. That is exactly why it requires transparent, grounded, and credible journalism. My work is built around that standard, with reporting backed by data, shaped by context, and focused on the changing risk environment.
